Job Duties

• Assist teachers in handling non-teaching duties
• Assist in the preparation of lesson materials
• Handle related clerical and administrative work
• Supervise student tutorial classes and activities

Requirements

• Holder of bachelor’s degree in related discipline
• A passion for working with students

School Librarian

Job Duties

• Develop and manage a vibrant library environment
• Promote a reading culture by designing and implementing reading activities and programmes
• Handle daily library operation and supervise student librarian team

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree of a teaching subject or equivalent
• Reputable further qualifications in Librarianship is desirable
• Strong command in spoken and written English
• Strong communication, management and interpersonal skills and a passion for reading

Library Assistant

Job Duties

• Assist with the daily library operations and reading activities
• Supervise self-study students and student librarians.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in related discipline is preferred
• Relevant working experience at school is an advantage
• Proficiency in IT skills

Accounting Clerk

Job Duties

• Handling daily accounting operations such as processing invoices and payments, financial statements and reports

Requirements

• Associate degree, Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related field
• At least one year of relevant working experience, with experience at school an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and to meet tight schedules

Qualification requirements

• Relevant experience is preferred
• Good communication skills in both verbal and written Chinese and English
• Computer literacy
• Efficiency and well-developed time management skills

Responsibilities

• Assisting in organising extra-curricular activities
• Providing related administrative support

Working hours
Selected weekdays (Occasionally on Saturdays)
Working hours are subject to request from school
