SMART Food Campaign
Last week our Food Science Department and 6 students from 2M (Darren, Kathy, Caroline, Hilson, Kevin and Nicole) held our first-ever SMART Food Campaign. SMART stands for “Sugar free”, “More colours”, “Add fibres”, “Remove toxins” and “Take control of our diets”. Every day we had a game booth during lunch time for our students to learn 5 simple ways to become smart eaters. Both teachers and students had great fun. Their participations have shown an increased awareness of nutrition and healthy lifestyles which is important for them to boost the overall quality of life. Well done everyone!
