We are proud to announce that the School Band won the GOLD prize in the Shenzhen Interschool Band Festival 2018 last Sunday, representing Hong Kong to compete with secondary school bands from Shenzhen District! This is the first time that the School Band is to compete outside the territory and it has been a wonderful learning experience for all our School Band members.
Great thanks must be given to Ms Tam, our principal, for her continuous support to the School Band. The School Band must also give GREAT THANKS to Ms Kathy Cheung, our vice principal, for coming to support us in Shenzhen despite the cold weather! The School Band wouldn’t have achieved such good result if we didn’t have her there to support us! Thanks must also be given to our School Band conductor, Mr Jack Cheng, for his guidance and teaching! We must not forget to thank our alumni and parents, who have accompanied and helped us in this competition. The journey would not have been so smoothly conducted if we didn’t have your support and help.
The School Band is thankful for all the support we have received in past years and we will continue to strive for the better in the coming year! Thank you!
