Interesting evening during the presentation of “Spain as tourism destination for learning Spanish language and culture

Co-organized by LTPSS and Spain National Tourism Office (TourSpain)

Last Monday 12th of September there was a cocktail reception in the Spanish room featuring gazpacho, croquetas de jamón ibérico, or tortilla con chorizo that allowed guests to socialize and exchange views and ideas about our common target: developing Spanish language and culture through tourism.

Our attendants were school leaders, language educators and entrepreneurs representing 19 education institutions, covering all sectors, age levels… from kindergarden to University and beyond, private, public, DSS, international.

LTPSS is one of the leading HK institutions in the field of Spanish as a Foreign Language

Our presenters were Ms Nélida Jiménez, Counsellor for Tourism at the Consulate General of Spain in Guangzhou, and Director of the Spain National Tourism Office (TourSpain) in Guangzhou and Ms Riki Ueda (writer and travel reporter specialized in Spain and Latin-America)
