General Information of Swimming Gala 16-17

Date: 22nd June, 2017 (Thur)

Time: 7:55am- 1:00pm

Venue: Tai Po Swimming Pool (take attendance at spectator stand at 7:55am and 1pm)

Clothing: Proper PE uniform

50M Breaststroke 50M Freestyle
50M Butterfly 50M Backstroke
100M Breaststroke 100M Freestyle

 

Relay:

Ground Rules

  1. Students sit in class.
  2. Students need to write down on the record sheet when they go to washroom
  3. Tuck shop will not be open on that day. No food and drinks on the spectator stand.
  4. No shoes in the pool side area. Participants please prepare clean slippers.
  5. Only officials and competitors can go to the pool side area.
  6. We only use the main pool.
  7. Please bring raincoat instead of umbrella to avoid disturbance.
  8. In case of emergency during Swimming Gala, please listen to the central announcement.

 

Weather:

If either case 1-3 happen, the Swimming Gala 16-17 will be cancelled and students please stay at home.

  2. Typhoon Signal No.3 or above
  3. the AQHI is 10+

 

**Follow the announcement of EDB and Hong Kong Observatory at 6:15am.

**Students need to go to Tai Po Swimming Pool even if thunderstorm or yellow rainstorm is hoisted and wait for further arrangement.
