The LTPSS PTA Chairperson Ms Ruby Yim led around 24 students and parents to visit a centre of Hong Chi Association in August 2019. Through the visit, students knew more about how they could cater for people with intellectual disabilities in their daily lives as well as how to include them in the society to promote equality.
Apart from listening to some sharing done by the representatives of the organisation, our students also had an opportunity to perform for the people staying at the centre as entertainment.
This has been a very rewarding experience for both parents and students.
