This is the third year for our school nominating students joining the Future Leaders Initiative Programme (FLIP), organized by group of professionals and university students. The programme has been supported by honorary advisors such as Professor Joseph Sung, the Vice Chancellor of CUHK.
The Humanities & Liberal Studies Department nominated Oscar Au Yeung 5A, Ken Cheung 5A, and Jenny Law 5M to join the summer programme this year. The summer programme was with “Mental Health x Make Your Own App!” as its theme. It includes academic lectures, coding workshops, hospital visit, interactive seminars and public exhibition of participants’ final products.
We are delighted to share with you all that Oscar, Ken and Jenny showed illustrious performance at the programme, brining our school the honour to be one of the “Most Outstanding Schools”.
Apart from the Certificate of Participation for the completion of 43 hours of the programme, Oscar was awarded “Best Team Proposal”, and Jenny was awarded “Best Presentation Team”, “Award of Diligence” & “Best Mobile App Award”.
For students who are interested in the programme in 2017-18 summer, please approach your Humanities or Liberal Studies teachers. Thank you.
