5R Kwok Man Kam, the Vice Chairperson of the Student Association received an outstanding student award in the Leadership Training Programme organized by the Community Youth Club. The prize was presented at the Community Youth Club Prize Presentation Ceremony on May 17. Ms. Tam was here to witness Andy’s achievement and took a picture with him! Andy’s reflection is as below:
I feel very honoured to receive this award. I have learned a lot of leadership skills in the camp which may help me in the future very much. I understand that being a leader does not only mean leading the team to achieve the goal, it is also about making team members feel trusted and empowered. I would try my best to apply the skills that I have learnt at the camp to the Student Association.
