10 students represented the school to participate in a dragon boat race organized by the Tai Po Junior Police Call. The purpose of this competition is for students to enhance their self-confidence and team spirit through dragon boat training. The teams in this competition are very strong. In addition to Ling
Liang Church MH Lau Secondary School, the police force also sent a team “Endeavour Dragon” to compete with the students. In this event, Principal Kwok Wing Keung even came to the scene as the officiating guest of the competition. After the competition, the students were also praised and encouraged by Principal Kwok on the stage, and the students had a fruitful experience.
本校派出10名學生參與由大埔區少年警訊舉辦之「成龍禮」龍舟競賽。是次比賽目的旨在同學們能藉著龍等舟訓練，增強自信及團隊合作精神。是次競賽隊伍實力非凡，除了學界勁旅靈糧堂劉梅軒中學外，更邀請警隊「奮進龍」與本校學生切磋。是次活動郭永強校長更親臨現場擔任是次比賽的主禮嘉賓，完成比賽後，同學亦得郭校長親自在台上嘉許勉勵，同學們獲益良多。
